*CPDM Mezam 1B Reinforces Grassroots Mobilization Ahead of Presidential Election*
The Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) Mezam 1B Communal Campaign Team, led by *Mr. Anye Cletus Matoya*, held a high-spirited proximity campaign meeting on *Tuesday, October 7, 2025*, at the *Bamenda II Council Hall*. The meeting brought together militants and leaders from *Ntamulung 1, Ntamulung 2, Ntamulung 3,* and *Azire Subsections* in a show of unity, determination, and renewed zeal ahead of the *October 12 presidential election.*
Addressing the gathering, *Mr. Matoya* commended the impressive mobilization recorded across the subsections, describing it as a clear demonstration of loyalty to the CPDM and unwavering confidence in *President Paul Biya*. He urged militants to remain bold, vigilant, and steadfast, reminding them that victory is achieved through unity, discipline, and collective action at the grassroots.
In his stirring message, the *Mayor for Bamenda II*, himself a proud son of *Ntamulung Subsection*, called on the population to stand firm with the Head of State, emphasizing that *President Paul Biya’s* leadership has brought visible transformation to their community. He cited the ongoing improvements in *water supply, electricity, road infrastructure,* and other vital amenities as tangible evidence of the President’s commitment to improving the living standards of Cameroonians, even in challenging times.
The Mayor reminded militants that *a vote for President Paul Biya is a vote for their own son*—a vote for continuity, stability, and sustained progress in Bamenda II and beyond. He called on the people to translate their gratitude into action by turning out massively on *Election Day*, casting their votes early, and remaining at their polling stations until *6:00 p.m.* to protect and count their votes for the CPDM’s natural candidate.
The meeting ended in an atmosphere of renewed determination, as participants pledged to intensify door-to-door mobilization and ensure that Mezam 1B delivers a *resounding, landslide victory* for *President Paul Biya.*
