As a global professional, natural-resources advocate and concerned citizen, I have exercised my civic and professional responsibility by addressing an official letter to Lion Rock Minerals Limited following my alarming discovery concerning the ownership of several mining titles covering a vast, mineral-rich area in Cameroon.

I have demanded full disclosure of the company’s ownership structure, beneficial owners, local partners and the circumstances surrounding these mining titles.

Cameroon’s mineral resources belong to its people. Any publicly listed company seeking to profit from them must be transparent and accountable to investors, affected communities and the Cameroonian public.

This is not harassment—it is legitimate public-interest scrutiny. Public resources must never be controlled through private secrecy. Our resources must end our suffering.
