1. He turned Donga Mantung from SDF to 100% CPDM _"The hidden hand behind the complete transformation of Donga Mantung from an SDF stronghold to a CPDM bastion... never makes noise about it."_
In one senatorial election, Donga Mantung recorded 95% participation and *100% for CPDM vs 0% for SDF*. That kind of result in the Anglophone crisis is what Yaounde rewards.
He groomed and financed the new generation: Hon Ngala Gerard, Hon Mbongnyor Naomi, Mayors Musa Shey Nfor (Nkambe), Kanfon Borno (Ndu).
2. He kept Nkambe peaceful when the whole North West burned. "Nkambe Central remains the only administrative unit in the entire North West and South West Regions, that has never witnessed even an hour of ghost town, since the Anglophone crisis erupted in 2016."

3. He is the builder of the Ring Road legacy. His company MAG Sarl is executing the Kumbo-Misaje stretch of the *Bamenda Ring Road*. The paper says: _"The coming of the road has seen businesses sprouting in Mbiyeh, Mbot, Binka and Nkambe. What a legacy for generations to come!"_
For Biya, the Ring Road is the biggest project in the North West since independence. The man building it gets decorated.
4. He is the biggest financier of the CPDM in the North West. During Biya's 2025 campaign fundraising in Yaounde, Shey Jones "doled out 25 million FCFA" — the highest individual contribution from the North West elite. d325
