Tantoh Edison Fru Ndi is the CEO of Dreamland Holdings PLC / Dreamland Connect. He is the North West Regional Delegate of the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Crafts (CCIMA) and Member of its National Executive Board. He is the former President of North West Contractors Syndicate (NOWECOSY).

Hospitality & Entertainment; he is the pioneer and founder of Bamenda's first-ever high-end restaurant — Dreamland Restaurant, in the late 90s with slogan _"Putting your money where your mouth is"_. Later created " Dreamland Cabaret" (rated Best in CEMAC by 2010) and "Dreamland Snack Bar" in Nkwen.
The Industrial Giant: Tantoh Edison Fru Ndi is Owner of a 2 Billion FCFA modern quarry plant in Mankon that produces 250 tonnes of gravel per hour, employing hundreds of youths and supplying road construction materials for the region.
Construction & Development: Major contractor and promoter of "Mutan Market" in Bamenda Industrial Zone — a modern market to boost trade in the NW Region.
