Bamenda I Subdivision, located in Bamendakwe within the Mezam division of the North West region, serves as the Regional Headquarters and hosts administrative offices, including the satellite Presidency of Cameroon. Known for its distinctive touristic attractions and welcoming spirit, Bamenda1 is regarded as a safe haven and a hub of hospitality.

● The meeting, held at Dr. Peter Taniform's residence in Simbock Quarter, Yaoundé, saw the participation of approximately one hundred entrepreneurs, investors, and experts from various fields. Their presentations covered topics such as access to finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Other notable speakers included Colonel Jing Emmanuel Achu, Mr. Nchechuma Banla from the Douala Ports Authority, Mr. Asongwed Emmanuel Anyang from MINDUH, and Mr. Daniel Tamukong, a renowned businessman from Canada.

● A panel discussion moderated by Dr. Peter Taniform focused on addressing the challenges and opportunities facing BAMENDA1 business leaders. Panelists, including Mr. Tanshi Clement Fundoh from MTN Cameroon, Mr. Mbigha Felix, Mayor of BAMENDA1, and Rev. ● The meeting, one of several similar events led by Dr. Peter Taniform in January 2025, also addressed youth unemployment in Bamenda1. Strategies were outlined to create employment opportunities and empower young people through skills development, entrepreneurship, and partnerships.
