Cameroon – 2025 Presidential Election: Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU proposes a new administrative division program

The declared candidate for the 2025 presidential election is determined to breathe new life into her native country, Cameroon.

The third republic is being downloaded. Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU is convinced that she is the elected official chosen to hold the reins of such a challenge. President of the Socialist Political Party PNACC (National Participation for Citizen Action in Cameroon), the latter has armed herself with a spiritual capital of rock, an iron mind and unfailing determination. Already accepted by many as the envoy of God in her party of which she is the founder, Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU is not a newbie in the shark pond. Her enticing political program is her storm lamp to find the lost paths for an emerging and prosperous Cameroon.  On the administrative level, the native of Nyong and Mfoumou proposes an administrative redistribution.

The declared candidate wants to go from ten to fourteen regions. That is, four new regions that she declines among other things by: It should be noted according to her political program, that these regions including the 10 others will each have a State University. An opportunity to reduce the phenomenon of migration. In terms of work and social security, the former local elected official in Paris intends to bring the retirement age back to 65 years.

On the economic level, Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU wants to strengthen the country's industrial system. To do this, the country with several land borders represents a major asset to exploit. It is therefore a question of the North to the South, from the East to the West, passing through the South-West and the North-West; of creating: large border markets, Ring roads etc ... It is also a question of putting an emphasis on the Cameroonian maritime sector which until now has been slow to exploit the maximum of its skills.  It is about creating autonomous ports in Tiko and Limbé. As for maritime and river transport, this little-exploited sector could constitute an important source of income. Just like railways, road axes, it is a question of innovating by integrating rivers.

Defense and national security

The strength and security of the territory is one of the key points of its policy. Indeed, faced with the multiple challenges of national defense, we think in particular of the conflicts in the North West, South West regions, the terrorist attacks of Boko Haram in the north, it is clear that Cameroon for some years no longer reassures investors and tourists as in the past. It is therefore a question for the founding President of the Socialist Political Party PNACC (National Participation for Citizen Action in Cameroon) to set the record straight for the safeguarding of national security. For this, its political program provides; whether within the land, navy or air forces;  an increase in personnel from 65,000 to 100,000 elements. An establishment of an increased defense system and the acquisition of the latest generation of military equipment. If for some people, doing politics would be to merge with frothy verbiage, Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU intends to do politics differently. As the holy scriptures would say, "to make of the word, a pulpit".
