Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU, married with several children, is a prominent figure in the Nyong et Mfoumou division more precisely in the Endom district. She has left a significant mark as a local
elected official and the first President of the Citizens' Council of the town of Chartres in France. She is also the founding president of several associations in France, Cameroon and Mali.
Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU heads the party Participation Nationale pour une Action Citoyenne au
Cameroun ( PNACC), National Participation for Citizen Action in Cameroon (NPCAC), and has drawn up an ambitious social project for Cameroon, entitled “CITOYENNETÉ-LE PEUPLE D'ABORD”. This project is
based on a set of twenty concrete proposals aimed at establishing democracy and guaranteeing
common happiness. The PNACC advocates values such as freedom, equality and solidarity, as well as
principles of good governance for the political, administrative and judicial organization of the State.
One of the priorities of the PNACC is to ensure good governance, based on seven essential pillars. These
pillars include civic and political education, national representation, the creation of independent
institutions to support democracy, a culture of respect for the law, an independent judiciary, the mental
reconstruction of citizens and gender parity.
To achieve its objectives, the PNACC advocates dissuasive, repressive and alternative measures to
induce individuals to change their mentality. These measures aim to combat poverty, unemployment,
impunity and other social ills, while promoting ethical values and exemplary governance.
Eliane Véronique EBOUTOU and the PNACC emphasize ethics and good governance as the foundations
of their action. They promote fundamental values such as freedom, equality and solidarity, while fighting against injustice, corruption and anti-values that hinder the development of Cameroonian society.
