OFFICIAL DECLARATION
Mindful of the Constitution of the Republic of Cameroon,
Considering Articles 121 and 122 of the Electoral Code,
I the undersigned, SHEWA DAVID DAMUEL, Entrepreneur by profession, an adult male Cameroonian, hailing from AKWAJA -BERABE IN AKO SUB-DIVISION, DONGA-MANTUNG DIVISION of the NORTH -WEST REGION of the Republic of Cameroon, in my honour declared my intention to contest for the position of the President of the Republic of Cameroon, comes 12 October 2025.
I promise before the people of Cameroon to respect the Constitution, abide to other rules and regulations governing the Republic of Cameroon, and to work in collaboration with all Cameroonians for a significant change and development of our fatherland. I am a symbol of National Unity for National reconciliation, thus, peace and unity is my optimal goal to restore in this nation. All have sinned in the presence of Almighty GOD. As the Holy Bible says, we should forgive Seventy-seven times seven (77x7), thus It Is time to forgive one and another, reject tribalism and embarked on nation building. May GOD bless our nation the Republic of Cameroon in JESUS MIGHTY name.
My vision for significant change in Cameroon stands under Federalism.
• Two states federation with 17 federated States ( 5 States hailing from the Southern Cameroon and 12 states hailing from the French Cameroon)
• The national flag of the federal Republic of Cameroon bearing two(02) big golden stars and 17 small stars on the red stripe.
• Two prime ministers
• The 1st prime minister shall the be Head of Government and the Vice Président of the federal Republic of Cameroon
• The 2nd prime minister incharge of control and confirmation of execution of all public investment projects
• The upper house of the Assembly (the Senate) shall be erased because the role of Senate is not significant, rather to consume financial resources, which could be used to give agricultural loans to young Cameroonians.
• The members of the National Assembly of federal Republic of Cameroon shall be upgraded to 360 representing all the Sub Divisions
• I shall turn Cameroon into Cotonou. Cameroon is surrounded with six(06) African states, thus I shall reduce customs duties for import of any type of a car at 1,500,000frs, Thus it shall enable us yield adequate revenue.
• After my swearing in as the federal President of the Republic of Cameroon on the 27th of October 2025; the limbe sea port shall be operational in months.
• We shall refine our own fuel and lubricants, thus a litre of fuel shall drop to 350frs and gas 300frs. Transportation cost shall drop and the price of foodstuffs shall also drop at the market, ameliorating standard of living of Cameroonians .
• I shall drop the price of a bag of cement ( Dangote, etc) to 2500frs to enable young Cameroonians to construct in their villages in order to develop our nation. Refusal shall bears competition.
• A bottle of beer shall be sold now at 400frs, at juice at 300frs
• A bottle of supper mont shall also dropped to 200frs for big bottle.
• I shall increase salaries of workers in all domains
• I shall cancel all taxes levied on Buyam Sallah, Moto cycle Ridders, etc
• I shall permit international companies to come in and install at 0% taxed rate, in order to transform home based products to finish goods and services, thus creating jobs opportunities to youths.
• I shall release all MINISTERS jailed in Kondengue on the motive of embezzlement , upon the conditions they pay 40% , and the rest in installments
• We are unable to win football matches due politics. Politics have entered FECAFOOT. To redress this issue, I shall dissolve the FECAFOOT and institutionalized a new law governing this noble structure. Here is my vision.- FECAFOOT shall be apolitical, thus everyone linking to the National politics shall not be eligible into any position.- there shall no longer be division among players within the National team. Players shall be selected based on talents.- FECAFOOT shall be independent with financial autonomy .- The president and the Executive of FECAFOOT shall be elected – I shall ensure before any match, The National team players of both sexes receive their primes or salaries, when it comes to the African Nations Cup and the world cup, to enable players fully engaged in the tournament.- I shall ensure that the Cameroon lions jerseys be sold at 3000frs, in order to be affordable by all Cameroonians to support the lions.- - During selection of coaches, team managers, etc, the FECAFOOT President shall propose the aforementioned to the President of the federal Republic through the Minister of sports and physical education for verification, appreciation and endorsement before their contracts are being signed.- I am ready to work with you Mr Samuel Eto’o, to promote sporting activities in all domains,if you can dissociate yourself from being a politician. We the youths love you but when we see you supporting this regime that has caused a lot of havoc and frustration to the youths of Cameroon, it makes us know you are out there for your selfish interests. There are two things, either you remain apolitical and be the President of FECAFOOT or you officially join the political terrain and resigned as the FECAFOOT President. – I shall promote both male and female inter village, inter-sub Divisional, inter-divisional and inter-rehional competitions to enable select good players
