The André Nodem–Yonshi Nyù Foundation Supports Pupils of CBC School Nkambe

The André Nodem–Yonshi Nyù Foundation has once again extended its generosity to pupils of the Cameroon Baptist Convention (CBC) School Nkambe. On August 22, 2025, the Foundation donated school bags, books, writing materials, and Certificates of Excellence to the top five pupils of each class from Class One to Class Six for the 2024/2025 academic year.
In addition, more than 100 clever, vulnerable, and internally displaced children also benefited from the distribution of school bags and books.
This yearly program, dubbed “Giving Back to the Community,” is carried out under the canopy of the André Nodem–Yonshi Nyù Foundation, in memory of the late Pa André Nodem, whose legacy continues to inspire the promotion of education, health, and community development. After the 2024 phase in Kungi village, this third edition was hosted at the CBC School premises, where parents, guardians, and children gathered to benefit from the Foundation’s support.
Speaking on behalf of the field pastor, the school proprietor Reverend Ntunyu lauded the Foundation for choosing to impact the lives of the children and families of their school, noting that such gestures would greatly contribute to improved academic performance. The school administration further promised to keep the Foundation and its Founder, Mr. Eric Keunne, in their prayers for continued blessings so that more lives can be touched.
Also addressing the gathering on behalf of the Fon of Nkambe, His Majesty Fai Nkfu Nyap, a representative described the Foundation as a true blessing to the people of Nkambe and the wider Donga Mantung community. He called on the population to support and pray for the Foundation’s leadership so that it continues to succeed in all its endeavors.
