I closed my eyes and imagined what 2200 billion CFA would do for Cameroon if it fell into the hands of tested and trusted Mayor, like Lord Mayor Musa Shey Nfor, Mayor of Nkambe. There was no way its impact wouldn't have been felt in a sector where it was invested. It is beyond belief that 2200 billion CFA was swallowed up in corruption with zero gain for Cameroon. Dubai is beautiful because the leaders of UAE build pathways for national growth. Imagine what 2200 billion CFA would do for Cameroon, if a decent, competent, corruption-free, and right-thinking President were in power. Imagine what such a humongous amount would achieve if it were invested in critical sectors of development - health, education, and poverty alleviation. Imagine what Cameroon lost in one year and this is one of many others yet to be uncovered cases of government officials fleecing the country. Grand corruption isn't a bug in Cameroon's system, it's the operating system devouring our future. 2200 billion CFA vanished. No oversight. No accountability. When leaders loot more than they build, the nation bleeds. CPDM youths and CPDM women leaders. Wake up or perish. Can you imagine, nobody is stealing millions of CFA. Every money that went missing is always in billions, Trillions and Gold. Cameroon is the most corrupt nation in the world. It's so corrupt, that nothing ever works. And the politicians are lucky to govern over the most docile people on the face of the earth. 2200 billion CFA vanished in Dubai.
